How do I choose the right breast shield size?
Comfort and efficiency are key. Your breast shield size depends on your nipple diameter. We recommend measuring your nipple diameter (excluding the areola) and adding 4mm to find your optimal size. If you experience discomfort or low output, try a different size.
Can I wash Medela parts in the dishwasher?
Yes, most Medela hard plastic parts (bottles, breast shields) are dishwasher safe on the top rack. However, we recommend washing delicate silicone parts (like valves and membranes) by hand to extend their lifespan. Always refer to your instruction manual for specific care details.
Is the Freestyle™ Hands-free pump hospital grade?
The Freestyle™ Hands-free is a high-performance double electric breast pump designed for daily use. While it features our research-based 2-Phase Expression® technology found in hospital pumps, "Hospital Grade" typically refers to multi-user pumps like the Symphony®. The Freestyle™ is a personal-use pump.

How long does shipping take within Malaysia?
Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for West Malaysia and 5-7 business days for East Malaysia. During peak promotional periods, delivery might take slightly longer.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, breast pumps and accessories that have been opened cannot be returned. However, if you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support within 7 days of receipt for a replacement.
